Shipping and Returns


Yardbird offers complimentary UPS or FedEx shipping on qualified orders. Valid in the contiguous United States only, excludes Alaska and Hawaii.


We've make every effort to get our orders processed and shipped as fast as possible.  All "Delivery by" dates are estimates and not guaranteed. All services are provided by FedEx or UPS. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice. 


Yardbird and UPS and FedEx will not be shipping or delivering on the following dates in 2019. Please note shipping estimates will begin the following business day.

New Year’s Day - January 1, 2019
Easter Sunday - April 21, 2019
Memorial Day - May 27, 2019
Independence Day - July 4, 2019
Labor Day - September 2, 2019
Thanksgiving Day - November 28, 2019
Christmas Day - December 25, 2019
New Year’s Day - January 1, 2020


Yardbird uses FedEx or UPS on all shipments within the contiguous United States unless otherwise noted or an expedited option is selected by the customer. Please allow 1–7 business days for processing and an additional 1–4 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and products ordered. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed. 


We do not ship to PO Boxes at this time.


All shipments to Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground and may incur an additional shipping charge based on weight or insured value of the package. If that happens, we’ll inform you of the new shipping charge before processing your order. Due to the distance, shipments will take a minimum of 5 business days to arrive. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed.

Promotional shipping (e.g., free shipping) is only applied to orders shipped within the contiguous United States and does not apply to Hawaii or Alaska.


We want to be sure you’re happy with your Yardbird products. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days. For products purchased from an authorized retailer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.


You can return your item(s) purchased from YARDBIRDOUTSIDE.com up to 30 days after the purchase date for a full refund. Refunds will be returned only to the original form of payment. YARDBIRD does not offer store credit or gift cards. YARDBIRD does not accept returns on items purchased outside of YARDBIRDOUTSIDE.com. For exchanges, please return your item(s) for a full refund and replace an order for the correct item. Exchanges for items purchased outside of YARDBIRDOUTSIDE.com will not be accepted. All merchandise must be unused/unworn and returned in the original packaging. For all returns, you will be responsible for return shipping. All original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly. You may use a shipper of your choice to return your items. We recommend retaining the tracking number of your return for your records.
